"Visa of Decision and Life" starring actor Shingo Mizusawa will be held.
Mr. Mizusawa played Chiune Sugihara alone for 90 minutes and has been held many times both in Japan and abroad, and has earned high praise.

Chiune Sugihara's one-man play has performed 360 times in six countries, including Lithuania, Israel, the United States, and Canada.
He has won the Eleanor Roosevelt Award. It is awarded one every year, and Clinton, former president Obama and Richard Gear have been awarded in the past.
This is the first japanese to receive an honorable award from someone who has contributed to the improvement of human rights.
