October 12, 2018 The opening ceremony of Chiune Sugihara's commendation facility was held at Aichi Prefectural Zuiryou High School, where Chiune Sugihara graduated in 1917. From this foundation, Special Advisor to Nobuki Sugihara, Hiroshi Matsumoto, Executive Director Katsuyuki Nakazawa, Mr. Takaharu Furue, Mr. Teruhisa Yano, Mr. Odaita, and Mr. Koichiro Fukasawa were invited.
